I take great pride in my craftsmanship and if for any reason you are disatisfied I will allow you to return within 14 days of recieving product. 

I will promise to do my best to ship without any damage.  I ask that if you need to return you will do your best to ship back in the same manor.  When shipping it is important not to affix anything to the face of the product.  The resin may take on the impression of whatever it is touching.
